As an approved Upledger Study Group Leader, Janelle facilitates study groups where students and practitioners can review material, practice techniques, ask questions, and deepen their understanding in a supportive, low-pressure setting. One-on-one mentoring
Mentoring is tailored to where you are. Together you might work through specific techniques, refine your palpation and listening skills, talk through client scenarios, or prepare for the essay and certification process. The focus is always on building genuine confidence — at your pace, with encouragement rather than pressure.

Janelle's teaching background
Janelle is a Diplomate Certified CranioSacral Therapist who completed the Upledger technique certification process in 2020 and earned her Diplomate certification in 2024. She regularly assists classes as a Certified Teaching Assistant for the Upledger Institute International and is one of their approved Study Group Leaders and Certified Presenters.
